where people today are competing to develop electric vehicles that are environmentally friendly. The fact that petroleum supplies are dwindling, and the impact of global warming is increasingly being felt, is the result of excessive gas emissions. Currently, vehicles that are efficient, safe, comfortable and environmentally friendly are needed. One of the technologies currently being developed is the electric vehicle. The riset uses the experimental method in which the data obtained from the results of the tool designed with measuring instruments as a comparison will be compared. Based on the results of research that has been done, we can see from the data in the experimental results table that the higher the gas lever pulled, the higher the power consumed from the 1000 Watt BLDC motor. Where when the gas lever is in a low position the highest power consumption is at 45.27 Watt and the rotational speed reaches 927 rpm which is the highest. When the gas lever is in the middle position, the highest power achieved is 60.28 Watt with the highest speed being 1944 rpm. And when the gas lever is in the high or full position the highest power consumed reaches 102.73 and the speed of the motor is 2592 rpm. From this study, the average error difference value obtained by the sensor from the tool design is 0.076% for the voltage sensor, 2.492% for the ACS712 sensor, and 6.35% for the Hall sensor as an RPM meter. This proves that Energy consumption is directly proportional to speed, the higher the power consumed from the battery, the higher the speed produced by the BLDC rotation.
